Challenge
Udrive's existing website was holding the brand back. The UI felt cluttered and inconsistent, the user experience was disjointed, and the outdated visual identity no longer reflected the platform's growth. Most critically, there was no structured car rental booking flow leaving users confused and conversions on the table.
